Ordering & MOQ

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? A: Our standard MOQ is 1 ton for most stock products. For custom sizes or special grades, MOQ may be higher (typically 3-5 tons). We’re flexible — if you’re unsure, just ask.

Q: Can I order a sample first? A: Yes! We can provide small samples for quality evaluation. Sample cost is usually refunded when you place your first bulk order. Shipping cost for samples is the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: How do I place an order? A: Simply send us your requirements (product type, grade, specifications, quantity, destination) via email or WhatsApp. We’ll send you a detailed quotation within 24 hours. After confirmation, we’ll issue a proforma invoice and start production upon receiving your deposit.

Pricing & Payment

Q: How do you price your products? A: Our prices are based on current raw material costs, processing requirements, quantity, and shipping destination. We quote in USD by default, but can also quote in EUR, RMB, or other currencies.

Q: What payment terms do you accept? A: We accept:

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment (most common)
• L/C at sight: Letter of credit through a reputable bank
• Western Union: For small sample orders
• Trade Assurance: Through Alibaba or similar platforms

Q: Are your prices FOB or CIF? A: We can quote either FOB China port or CIF your destination port. Let us know your preference and we’ll include shipping in the quote.

Delivery & Shipping

Q: What is the lead time? A: For standard stock products: 3-7 days. For custom-cut or non-standard products: 7-15 days. For large orders (50+ tons) or special processing: 15-30 days. We always confirm lead time before you order.

Q: Which shipping methods do you offer? A: We offer:

• Sea freight (FCL / LCL) — most economical for large orders
• Air freight — faster, for urgent small orders
• Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) — for samples and very small orders

Q: Can you ship to my country? A: Yes! We export to over 80 countries worldwide, including the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Vietnam, and many more.

Quality & Certification

Q: Do you provide Mill Test Certificates? A: Absolutely. Every shipment includes a full Mill Test Certificate (MTC / MTR) showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We can provide EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificates.

Q: Can I arrange third-party inspection? A: Yes, we welcome third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TÜV, or any agency you prefer. Inspection can be arranged at our factory before shipment.

Q: What if the product doesn’t meet specifications? A: If any product fails to meet the agreed specifications, we will either replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Quality is guaranteed.

Customization

Q: Can you cut steel to custom sizes? A: Yes! We offer custom cutting, slitting, and shearing services. Tell us your required dimensions and tolerances.

Q: Do you offer custom surface finishes? A: Yes. Available finishes include 2B, BA, No.4 brushed, 8K mirror, HL hairline, embossed, and more. We can also do polishing, passivation, and pickling.

Q: Can you do fabrication or further processing? A: Yes, we offer bending, welding, punching, drilling, and CNC machining. Send us your drawings for a custom quote.
